WHAT WILL THE ATTORNEY ACTUALLY DO FOR ME?

Remember that each case is different and that one case may require certain work by the attorney that another case does not require. The following is simply a list of common tasks that we perform in many of our cases:

• File suit if negotiations fail
• Send interrogatories (written questions to the defendant)
• Send request for production of documents to defendant take depositions (sworn testimony) of the defendant and other witnesses
• Prepare client for deposition assist client in responding to interrogatories
• Meet with witnesses again obtain sworn testimony of health care providers
• DETERMINE THE VALUE OF PLAINTIFF'S CLAIM IN ORDER TO NEGOTIATE SETTLEMENT
